O.Kay Engineering Services Ltd and the L&M Group wish to announce a change in the ownership of their joint venture company OKLM Recycling Technology Ltd. O.Kay Engineering Services is selling its 50% interest in OKLM to Sutco Recycling Technik GmbH & Co. KG (an L&M Group company) thus giving the L&M Group 100% ownership of the OKLM company. [more]
